7-Day Window: Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivering the product.

Valid Reasons Only: Returns, replacements, or refunds are only applicable if you receive a damaged, defective, completely wrong product, or if there is a verified size mismatch from what was ordered. Returns will not be accepted for used, washed, or altered items.

Mandatory Parcel Opening Video: To claim a refund or exchange, a clear and unedited video showing the complete unboxing of the package from start to finish is strictly required. This helps us verify the issue with our backend fulfillment partners and courier services.

Refund Processing: Once the product reaches back and the return is verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment mode or bank account within 5-7 working days.
